Description: This is a piece of African folk art dating to around late 1950's to early 1960s. It was purchased by a family member living in Mozambique at the time but I do not know anything about where it was purchased or the artist. It appears to be a stylized opaque watercolor on black paper depicting African tribal hunting. This has been packed away for past 70 years so the colors remain vibrant as it has not been exposed to light or sun. It is not matted or framed. Measures 13 X 10 inch.
