Description: Offered here is a Vintage Buddy L No.5741 Texaco Deluge Pumper Fire Engine in it's Original Box. It comes with a working siren and bell (needs oiled), a water deluge cannon, and an extension ladder and hoses. There's also the light for on top and the screw to attach it with, the crank handle to operate the siren and bell (the bell works fine, it's the siren that could us a spray of something), and the piece needed to attach it to a hose. There's also a chrome detail piece that I think came off of one side and a couple of other pieces that we don't really know what they are or if they even belong to this truck. There's a couple of things i would feel the need to point out. There's a scratch on the roof that runs from the light to almost the back of the cab. I would call it a light scratch, but it's there none the less. The front bumper has a break in it, but it looks like it screws on and could possibly be replaced. There is also a single crack in the windshield. But maybe, best of all, it comes in it's original box which is very solid and almost damage free. Just a bit of writing on one side and some over-all light wear and staining from over 50 years of keeping this one shiny and nice. That being said, please take a close look at my pictures as the do give a pretty good look at the over-all appearance of this piece. Then, decide for yourself if you want to add this COOL fire Truck to your collection. I think you'll be glad you did. Thanks for looking!!!
