It's being sold for spares or repairs as it won't run, the balance will oscillate, though not for as long as it should, though no power goes through to the escape wheel. Looks to be mostly complete. It has been out of a case for an unknown number of years so will need a service, maybe more. Please review the images as they form part of the description. Item will be sent wrapped in cardboard but loose in a padded envelope to reduce postage costs.
