This metal badge is obsolete and has no Police Power anymore. It is for collecting purpose only. The exact age and maker are unknown and no marks were found. The central image, with a windmill, beavers and barrels, is the Seal of New York. There are two posts on the back, one is a short spike and the other is longer and threaded.
