It does have a schematic diagram. Measured output power was 1 W on low, and about 55 W on high. All lamps, LEDs, and meter are working. Display digits all working. Microphone appears original, with right angle connector, and is working. Receive and transmit appear to operate properly. Did not check actual receive sensitivity, or make any adjustments. Does not have an internal PL encoder. Has a 7 pin accessory jack for connecting a PL and/or touch tone encoder. Note: power meter, and coax cables, used for testing, are not included. While this radio is working at this time, since it is a vintage radio, a problem could occur later, for which I can not be held responsible. Feel free to ask questions.
