Adjust in any direction while keeping the fluorescent fixture floating above the workspace. Heavy base for table or desktop use. The base measures 10 inches long by 7 inches wide by 2 inches tall. The lower arm measures 22 inches long, the upper arm measures 12 inches long, the light fixture measures 19 inches long by 4 inches wide. Push button on off. Red button turns on black button turns off. Cleaned and tested, this fixture is in excellent working condition.
