Description: Here's a rare c.1920 vintage Bb LP Albert system clarinet marked Emil Jardin of Paris. I believe it to be a stencil, probably by Thibouville Freres. It has a grenadilla wood body with nickel alloy keys and a bore of .580". It is in great vintage condition, with no body cracks or repairs. The clarinet has been disassembled, soaked in oil, keys swedged and countersunk (to remove lost motion), body and keys buffed, all new Roo leather pads and key/tenon corks installed, and reassembled and adjusted for optimal play-ability. The tone is warm and broad, intonation is good for age. Includes period case in solid but well used condition.
