Description: Though the majority of this set is complete, it is in NON WORKING ORDER. The batteries inside the toy had long been corroded. I tried to wipe it out and used some brand new batteries on it, but alas, still no light or sounds. The hose is a bit bent, and there are scuff marks and Nicks throughout. There are some missing pieces, as pictured.
