Table top has gorgeous floral inlays, symmetrical on all sides, framed in by a smooth gold edge covering band of bronze, further adorned with beautiful ormolu mounts on corners. The top rotates to 90 degrees, and then it flips open and turns into a spectacular long green felt covered & Greek Key edged card playing table. If that is not enough, the drawer on the shorter end of the table comes out to serve as the backgammon table (liner of the interior is done in playing board style). This gem is standing on four Louis XV style curved legs, ending in bronze sabots. Console table is in overall good condition, light use / age wear (please see the photos). Size closed is 30" wide, 22.5" deep, and 30" tall, and when you set up the card table the top is 45" x 30" diameter. This will be a fine useful piece that is never in the way, a good-looking conversation piece fit for traditional or mid-century modern setting !
