Description: Vintage "Little Whizzer" Liquor Dispenser by Matscot, circa 1990s. Glass decanter has a plastic "stand" and peeing boy on top. Stands 12-3/4" tall. Battery operated (2 AA, not included). Tried it out and it hummed when pushed, but we did not try with liquid. Cute addition to a bar shelf or man cave. Dispenser is in excellent vintage condition, never used. No chips or cracks.
