Shade is about 17-5/8" wide X 11-3/8" deep (at bottom) and 10" tall. Working... Finish is generally intact; very little fading or other discoloration. Car has a few little nicks on most outer edges and a fair amount of dust "inside" the car. Shade has several instances of scuffing and small nicks along edges, as well as some spotty, light discoloration on one long side panel. Cord and plug show but minor discoloration.
