There is a tint to the plastic that most of these sets that haven't been unboxed after FORTY YEARS have. There is a scratch on the front plastic near Spidey and a crack to the top plastic above Spidey's head. The cardboard shows some wear and there's the remanent of a price tag on the front right cardboard. The packaging for these figures was not designed to last so long!
