These items are all round in shape and the three tops are matching hammered aluminum, not glass. The flat-bottoms of of the pots, casseroles and grill/tray are both oven and stove top safe and compatible with both electric and gas stoves. In addition, the tray doubles as a griddle and triples for making great pizzas. Both brands, Guardian Service and Silver Seal are highly regarded, sought after and collected for their functionality and high quality.
