I purchased this gorgeous quilt at an estate auction. IT DOES HAVE YELLOWING ON ONE WHOLE SIDE OF THE QUILT. You can see this in 2 photos where I flapped over one side into the other to compare the sides. I did try washing it on delicate cold cycle but it did not remove without using hot water, detergent and hard agitation. Had I tried that, it may well have come clean. You can tell it very old. The algorithm forced me to put a date made in, so I put 1960 but I am quite sure it is MUCH older than that. I am guessing 1940 at least based of the material used but I could be totally wrong.
