Made in USA by FABRIKO, it is marked "Laundering is not recommended as materials are not wash fast. The tag does not state the material make up. This bag or tote appears be in NEW condition. Please see pictures for better understanding of condition. Bag is 13 inches wide, 15 1/2 inches tall with the red handle being about 6 inches from top of bag to top of handle. My father-in-law was a Snap-On dealer for many years so imagine our surprise when we found a few boxes full of New, Factory Boxed, Promo Banks and Vehicles, T-shirts, Beach Towels, Belt Buckles, etc. Some of these boxes/bags have never been opened. Some have been opened only for these pictures. Some have been opened and displayed in his Snapon Sales Truck. These jackets are used. None have original tags.
