The decal commemorates Jose Gaspar, sometimes referred to as "the last Buccaneer," who ravaged ships in the waters of western Florida back around the turn of the century. He is celebrated every February at "The Gasparilla Pirate Fest" an annual Tampa tradition since 1904! The decal measures 3 1/4" wide by 4 1/2 inches tall and is in excellent condition with some bending in the center due to storage. It is sealed in its original packaging.
