I hooked up a plug and it powered on with a red "on" indicator light, but no further testing was done so this has to be sold as-is. I have 2 of these as part of this listing, but one is missing one rubber foot, the first person to buy one will get the unit with all 4 rubber feet, the second buyer will get the one with the missing rubber foot.
