Description: This is a vintage antique fine china footed sugar bowl. Features a classy white design with gold trim; some of the trim along the top edge has rubbed away over time (see photos). Apart from the rubbing, the cauldron appears to be in great shape with all three feet accounted for. The interior has a glossy, pearlescent glaze with a pale yellow tint. While it is still perfectly serviceable for the table, it would also serve as a nice find for a Belleek collector (either as a year-round piece, or as an autumn/Saint Pat's decoration). Originally created by the Belleek Irish Fine China company located in Fermanagh County, Ireland. The stamped black mark on the back of the bowl suggests this rare piece was made some time between 1891 and 1925. To keep this item looking its best, we would recommend only gentle hand washing.
