Description: Absolutely wonderful, this little 1960's ceramic tiki hut lamp is all hand made and original. One of a kind, it draws you in and feels like a groovy little island somewhere. If you have a favorite little figurine (or tiny picture of yourself), it can pop into the doorway, or look out the back window! Mostly painted gold, it has some bits of other colors, too. Great details, like the little steps, the stone walls, and the open window shutter at the back. And the coconut palm tree has curved over the top and you can see the coconut cluster underneath the leaves. The lamp stands 9 1/2" tall x 7" across x 8" front to back. There are two sockets and it takes any type of small base E-12 light bulb (like the ones for Christmas lights or candelabras). The tiki design seems to ask for flame type bulbs, but whatever suits you is great. (You can get little "flickering flame" bulbs, but I don't have any on hand.) There are two vases or stick incense holders (or pen holders, etc!!) to the side, which I filled with the most Dr. Seuss fabric flowers that I have. I am including 4 bulbs and the flowers, unless you don't want them. So, so cool! Shipped with great care. Please look all the photos carefully--they are part of my description.
