Description: Offered is the vintage spiral-bound soft cover cookbook "Betty Feezor's Carolina Recipes", compiled by Betty Feezor and published in Charlotte by the Dowd Press. This cookbook by the longtime Charlotte TV personality, who hosted her own show on Charlotte's WBTV from 1953 to 1977 is a stated fifth printing of the first edition, from 1971. There are several black and white photos. The book is approx. 9" x 7" and contains 331 pages. It is in good to very good condition. The soft cover has no tears or holes but does have some light soiling and wrinkling. The spiral binding has some light damage but the pages are all well-connected to it and turn with no problem. I see no missing or torn pages and all are clean, although slightly yellowing. I see no writing in the book. I have a lot of experience with vintage and antique books but am not an expert so please let me know if my description is missing information and you have additional questions.
