Description: Welcome For your consideration, I have a 1949 Hard Cover book with record titled " The Night Before Christmas". The book does include a 78 (I think its a 78) record which has not been tested. I did show some close-ups as there is a (wavy pattern look) on the record which I am not sure is normal. There are minimal scratches The Book Large hard cover size measuring approximately 11" X 9" The spine has a 2" tear on the top There are some yellow spots on the front and back cover There is writing and name stickers on the first page as you open the book Pages have very little to no creasing No writing on the pages Pages are nice and tight to the spine There is some slight yellowing to the pages There is a very, very, faint "old smell" to the book I think it's in petty nice shape for being over 70 years old S1
