Description: This was like finding a diamond in a trash can. Last week I was moving a client who had a dumpster outside their home. I walked by and saw that this had been thrown away. The frame had broken off the bottom but the glass was intact. So I took the picture because it looks beautiful and I saw it was signed. I moved the matting away and found the artist name and the information about this art. It is called number 39. There are some marks to the front. This will need a new frame.
