Description: Used and working. It has some rust, looks like a lot of it is surface rust. It ratchets and crimps just fine though. I cleaned it up enough to read the brand with just a couple q-tips and gun cleaning solvent. It could probably clean up pretty nice. All items are sold as pictured. No local pickup.
