The "Ice House" name came from our use of online drawings for a Refrigeration Plant that was designed for the KENNECOTT COPPER MINE in Alaska, however, a skilled modeler could very easily convert this style building into a feed store, barber shop, general store, hardware store etc. The footprint of the finished model covers an area measuring 2 1/2" x 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" tall. As listed in our description, our kits are laser cut from high quality "Laser Board" and may contain plywood, basswood, balsa, with laser cut construction paper style roofing.
